CAN YOU MAKE IT?

I need to make a short tiney light spring extended 20 lb load(the default length as if it carried 20 lb) such that I can reduce it with 2 lb differenti.e. the spiral is already extended 20 lb and can be pressured to 18,16.14lb,etc .
Is it possible? How much it cost for 2000 pieces?can you send a sample of 2 pieces
