Card Feeder Spring

This is a new part, shape basically a flattened `U`.
There must be enough spring to allow it to compress (hold together) a range of thin Fibre Glass strips of different thicknesses. Card sizes ranging from 0.2mm to 1.9mm.
Attached is a PDF showing the end view of the card feeder.
The Blue dotted area being the card. These are the same size and shape as a credit card.
The spring is to hold the fibre glass strip, (next to the machine) in position on the card track.
Length is 429mm x 26.5mm (one side of the `U`) x 15.5mm (other side of the `U`)
