Colombi / Tekno-Detaljer is a Swedish company offering spring coilers and spring feeders, including in-line spring coilers that combine spring coiling and spring feeding in one machine, no risk for the springs to tangle.

During the last 25 years the Swedish company Tekno-Detaljer has delivered state of the art machinery for in-line spring manufacturing and spring assembly under the brand name COLOMBI. Our products offer modern, effective and cost saving solutions to many problems involving manufactruing, handling and assembly of small compression springs.



The COLOMBI spring coilers manufacture springs on demand. This means that a spring will only be manufactured when it is needed. Once a signal is sent to the coiler the spring is usually delivered to the assembly line through plastic tubes.

A wide range of options for controlling the length, load and diameter of the manufactured springs are available. These options measure each manufactured spring inline and sort out insufficient springs, thereby guaranteeing 100% approved and correct springs in the final product.
