its a common complaint of straightning wire coils before feeding in machines because spring wires are hard ,high carbon grades2 grades3 hence cant b straightened by old method of rollers ......its been a successfull idea to straight wire by attaching a revolving wire straightner (motorised) like in straight cutting machines which spins and wire goes thru its zig zag pins (accentric)at speed of 1440r p m making wire straight like arrow.... since we a succesfull manufacturers of said straightners we have manufactured such attachment for safety pins, needles and fastners machineries...for more please mail us back to ... metalmasterengg@gmail.com
