Straigh Wire? They can't even spell!!
by: TAK Enterprises Inc.

My God the spelling is STRAIGHT not staight.

TAK makes precision wire straighteners and have been since 1981. We offer both roll ( bearing ) type and rotary ( spinning ) type. Precision grade four plane roll type straighteners can usually straighten spring wire up to about 250 ksi tensile; even if there is a helix present.

Wire that exceeds 250 ksi in tensile is better straightened using a rotary style motorized straightener. See them both at www.takenterprises.com

wire straightner
by: Anonymous

its a common complaint of straightning wire coils before feeding in machines because spring wires are hard ,high carbon grades2 grades3 hence cant b straightened by old method of rollers ......its been a successfull idea to straight wire by attaching a revolving wire straightner (motorised) like in straight cutting machines which spins and wire goes thru its zig zag pins (accentric)at speed of 1440r p m making wire straight like arrow....
since we a succesfull manufacturers of said straightners we have manufactured such attachment for safety pins, needles and fastners machineries...for more please mail us back to ...
