KEI Stainless Steel Wire division has a manufacturing capacity of 6000 MT per year ranging from wire diameter 5.00mm to 0.10mm in various grades like AISI 304, 304L, 316, 316L. 302 , 321, 304HQ, 302CHQ, 430, 434 . These wires are available in different finishes such as soft, ¼ hard, ½ hard, ¾ hard, full hard. In surface finish (bright, matte, coated, decoated & as per customer’s specification.

KEI’s Stainless Steel Wire for spring manufacture have excellent mechanical properties (surface, cast & helix). This wire is manufactured under strict controls. Diameter range is from 0.19 mm to 1.20 mm in bright finish and 0.50 mm to 6.00 mm in matte finish (coated) in grade of AISI 302, 304 &316, 321, Standard ASTM A313 and others.
