Need transmission spring

We have created a device for transmitting rotational energy from one shaft to another shaft just with the help of a spring without any gears or belts etc. but the problem is that the transmission ratio is always 1:1 we wanted to know if it is possible to increase or decrease the transmission ratio by changing the spring design,in other words what we wanted was that if one end of the spring rotates at 30 rpm the other end should rotate at 15rpm.
