We manufacture spring parts using round, rectangular, square and special-section wire, producing prototypes, large runs and short runs of parts in the following size ranges and specifications:
- Compression Springs with diameters of .004 to 2.0 inches
- Extension Springs with diameters of .005 to .625 inches and more than 8 spring end options
- Torsion Spring & Double Torsion Springs with diameters ranging from .004 to 2.0 inches with multiple end options
- Wire Forms from .004 to .468 inches in diameter for round wire; up to .062 inches thick & 2.0 inches wide for shaped wire; and up to .187 inches thick for square wire
- Strip Forms & Flat Forms (Stampings) from .004 to .125 inches thick & up to 5.0 inches wide (these parts are often fabricated in conjunction with other parts & assembled)
