Our achievement in mechanical wireforming machines

We are metal master engineers from India.

We are manufacturers of wire forming automatic mechanical type machines.

After a brief practical study, we came to the conclusion that pneumatic,hydraulic,cnc,2d,3d machines can't be compared with old fashioned mechanical machines. The functions mechanical gears and cams can make when timing feeding and bending are extremely low budget and affordable.

We developed a machine which can feed 46" wire and twist it multioperationaly into 18 times plus straightening and cutting. The machine fits in a 3'x 3' area ....cams and gears ,slides ,shafts setting can give us any required timing and performance.

The machine doesn't require any technical or skilled operator to run it.

We maintain our mechanical machines succeed where cnc fails in terms of energy consumption, highly paid operators,floor space, and affordability. Performance is equal in terms of accuracy and production at a much lower cost.

We have proved our machine quality and ability in the past with our double side header machine that heads or cold forms on both ends of a piece of steel wire.

Now, we add to our product line with a wire hair band machine..its an achievement in its own class.....
