Yes Dear sir, compression springs can be made in rectangle ,square ,hex and other shapes , accuracy will be as per demand , no of coils ,length end closed pitch ,all can be done as same as in normal compression springs
process to from such spring mechanicaly in automatic machine will have momentry stoping feeding rollers to feed wire as much required a single slide will keep punching ,each axis of rectangle shapes and coiling will be on momentry timing , that means i time feed of roller one time punching to bend wire into right angle shape , same process will work on continues action to get required out put , speed will be compared to normal spring coiling machine ...
