Snap ring on aTorrington W-11A

We have a process where we are experiencing problems to hold the spec on the GAP and flatness on a snap ring. We are using a Torrington W11-A and I would like to know if this machine is adequate for this kind of product (Snap ring) or in your experience if you can recomend a different piece of equipment for this aplication.

The gap spec is .4 to 1.2 mm

Flatness spec 1.85 mm

Material: .0625 OT Chrome silicone
