Special "spring device" needed

I am in search of a "spring device" that will lay flat when more than one ounce, (28.5g) of weight is placed upon it and rise/expand as the weight is reduced to zero to a height of 2" (51mm). Its flat dimension should be similar to 41/4"x5" (108mm x 127mm), or Round 108mm.

I'm not sure that a plastic device can compress and expand to those dimensions, therefore I prefer it be made from metal.



ANY help or information you could provide me with to figure out this dilemma would be greatly appreciated.

try nylon with rubber layers that is the only option to give you bouncing action in such a low height distance ....more details contact us at
