Springs sticking onto dye frame when coloring them

by Subbu

My company is a spring manufacturing firm and we do all the processes including Dyeing of springs. We have a major quality issue with the springs sticking on to the dye frame when they are being removed after spray, This results in the 1 or 2 springs which get stuck to the frame being mixed with the next batch of springs. This has led to a serious quality issue. I have tried hard to find a solution on the net but have given up on it. Is there any other process of dyeing which can avoid such a problem?

One more constraint is cost, as you know how the situation for spring manufacturers are we will not be able to afford a new equipment as such but we can always afford to make changes in the existing one. Eagerly awaiting for a reply.

a rotatory system arrangement with dryer can be made to solve your problem , as all springs will be in motion while in process of painting ,there,s no chance of sticking spring to any surface .....
