IM RUNNIG A JOB OUT OF .090 WIRE .346 OD ON A W12A THE INDEX IS ABOUT 2.8 AND THE WIRE IS 302 5 COILS AND ABOUT 1 IN LONG, IS KICKING OUR BUTT WE ARE USING A PENCIL ARBOR BUT IS A LONG RUN 1MILLION PIECES. ANY ADVICE?

how is it kicking your butt

Hello, I am very familiar with coiling tight index valve springs. Where are you having trouble, is the arbor breaking? Is the arbor carbide. Have you tried coiling without an arbor?
